About The Owner

Marilyn entered the manufactured housing industry in 1962. In 1971 she went to work for her first retail housing center and after 18 years she decided that consumers deserved more than their monies worth when purchasing a new home. With that in mind she opened her own retail store. Marilyn's vast knowledge of zoning, construction, finance, sales and other facets of the housing industry is a great benefit to any future homeowner. Her goal for the last twenty years is to help people fulfill their dreams of owning a new home.
